Role Overview

Ensure the complete coordination of projects under their responsibility: plan activities, oversee teams, manage resources, track progress, master risks, budget, and schedule, communicate with stakeholders, and ensure the achievement of objectives.

Client mandate in hybrid mode (Quebec or Montreal)

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze the organization's business needs and ensure project alignment with the organization's direction
  • Mobilize stakeholders and coordinate the project team
  • Identify and manage interdependencies with other initiatives
  • Plan, prepare, and facilitate project management meetings
  • Produce essential documentation: project plan, budget, schedule, communication plan, risk management, and closure report
  • Establish and maintain project registers (risks, decisions, open issues, changes)
  • Track progress, ensure the delivery of deliverables, adjust plans as needed, and manage Capex/Opex budgets
  • Communicate progress, issues, and risks to stakeholders
  • Develop and analyze performance indicators and dashboards
  • Apply the organization's project management methodologies
  • Contribute to the identification and tracking of post-project benefits
  • Write documents for complex mandates and provide project management consulting

Skills and Qualifications

  • 15 years of professional experience in the field, including 5 years as a project manager
  • Possess five (5) years of experience in planning and using the following tools: Microsoft Project, Azure DevOps, and Power BI
  • Bachelor's degree in IT, administration, or a related field
  • Demonstrated experience in Agile project management
