Description
The Administrative Processes Specialist – ENA (Learning Management System) Pilot is responsible for managing, coordinating, and optimizing activities related to the ENA (Learning Management System) platform. They act as a strategic partner with the departments to identify, analyze, and address training needs, while supporting the development, transformation, dissemination, and tracking of educational content, particularly in e-learning.
More specifically, the selected person will be called upon to perform the following functions:
- Ensure the submission, updating, and organization of training on the ENA platform.
- Update the content of local training.
- Ensure the compliance, quality, and accessibility of the content distributed.
- Provide level 2 support for issues related to the ENA platform (analysis, diagnosis, and resolution).
- Perform the necessary follow-ups to ensure the proper functioning of online training activities.
- Maintain an up-to-date registry of local training deployed on ENA.
- Become familiar with the needs expressed by the departments and analyze them in a structured manner.
- Identify organizational issues, priorities, and target audiences.
- Translate needs into relevant, adapted, and measurable training solutions.
- Develop and/or transform training into digital formats, particularly in e-learning.
- Adapt existing content to interactive, hybrid, or autonomous formats.
- Ensure the pedagogical quality, ergonomics, and effectiveness of the developed training.
- Advise internal partners on pedagogical design and the structuring of training content.
- Support teams in the development, adaptation, and transformation of training.
- Align the new features of ENA with the training team.
- Communicate the new features of ENA to different partners.
- Promote best practices in digital training.
- Develop and implement tools for tracking and evaluating the performance of training.
- Perform various financial reports (reports, statistics, organizational follow-ups).
- Supervise and ensure the quality of data transfer between ENA and SAGE.
- Analyze training data to optimize the offer and processes.
- Perform any other tasks related to the manager's request.

Requirements
- Hold a bachelor's degree in administrative sciences, industrial relations, or another appropriate university discipline;
- Possess 3 years of experience in a human resources service.
- Successful completion of the selection process.
- Experience in pedagogical design and e-learning (an asset);
- Proficiency in digital training tools (an asset).
Additional Notes
- This posting aims to fill a 6-month full-time temporary assignment with the possibility of extension.
- The base of operations will be determined based on the selected person's place of residence in the Bas-Saint-Laurent territory. Remote work is possible.
