Engaged in the community since 2010, La Korrigane is an artisan brewery and a meeting place in the Saint-Roch neighborhood. Your Role
Reporting to the General Manager, you will be responsible for synchronizing a set of activities across various organizational processes to:
- Ensure the quality of the customer experience;
- Support team performance and mobilization;
- Promote the brand image of La Korrigane.
- Main Tasks and Responsibilities
- This multidisciplinary role is structured around 4 main areas:
1. Customer Experience
- Coordinate group bookings and events organized by or for the clientele.
- Support the team and our clients in the success of their initiatives.
2. Accounting
- Perform various activities related to accounts payable and receivable processes.
- Carry out certain tasks related to the payroll and inventory management system.
3. Communication & Marketing
- Coordinate all activities related to the promotion of our customer offer (social networks, web, newsletters, partner media, display, etc.).
4. Administration & HR
- Respond to various general requests from our clients, partners, and team members.
- Ensure a healthy and safe work environment for all employees by complying with CNESST regulations (training, prevention/correction plans, establishment of a health and safety committee).
- Participate in the development of HR tools (employee manuals, procedures, training manuals, etc.).
- Plan and coordinate activities related to the hiring, onboarding, integration, training, and team consolidation processes.
- Replace the General Manager when needed.
Desired Profile and Skills
- Education: DEC or DEP in administration or a relevant discipline.
- Experience: Experience in customer service or a relevant field.
- Qualities: Organized, thorough, diplomatic, and with good interpersonal skills.
- Passions: Great interest in customer experience.
- Computer Skills: Good knowledge of the Office suite. Knowledge of Quickbooks (accounting software) is an asset.
- Languages: Excellent mastery of French (oral and written), functional English.
Working Conditions and Environment
- Job Type: Full-time permanent employment (35 to 40 hours per week)
- Schedule: In-person work from Monday to Friday, from 9 am to 5 pm (except during special events).
- Salary: Competitive hourly wage.
