Make your mark at MNP as a Campus Recruitment Coordinator and Talent Development. This hybrid position offers a unique opportunity to contribute to two strategic areas of human resources: attracting tomorrow's talent and developing our teams. Responsibilities are equally divided between university recruitment and coordinating training and development activities.

Responsibilities
- *Campus Recruitment (50%)*
- Coordinate university recruitment activities including presentations, networking events and student interviews
- Act as an ambassador during career days, networking events, classroom presentations and other recruitment activities
- Develop and maintain relationships with universities, student associations and other academic partners to attract the best talent
- Organize campus recruitment activities, including presentations, networking events and student interviews
- *Training (50%)*
- Coordinate training activities, including registration, logistics, teaching materials and communications
- Support training and development initiatives by tracking activities and updating learning systems
- Prepare and review guides and teaching materials
- Produce various follow-ups, reports and indicators related to recruitment and talent development while contributing to the continuous improvement of processes
- Be willing to travel, if necessary
Skills and Experience
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, industrial relations, administration or related field; those finishing are encouraged to apply
- Experience in campus recruitment, talent attraction or event planning, an asset
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple files simultaneously in a dynamic environment
- Strong communication, presentation and relationship development skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Valid driver's license and availability to travel regularly as part of university recruitment activities
- Proficiency in French and English, both written and oral, due to frequent collaboration with anglophone teams or clients across Canada and because some client deliverables or regulatory requirements are in English
