  • Ensure exceeding guest expectations by providing effective and efficient service.
  • Ensure compliance with department policies, procedures, and service standards and company standards.
  • Respect all safety policies.
  • Work harmoniously with hotel departments to ensure exceptional guest service and teamwork.
  • Prepare arrivals for loyalty program members, VIPs, tours, and special groups.
  • Ensure the accuracy of information and preferences in reservations by consulting member profiles, tour sheets, and group summaries according to established procedures.
  • Follow up with various departments to fulfill guest requests.
  • Pre-register reservations for loyalty program members, VIPs, tours, and others.
  • Update loyalty program member profiles.
  • Establish a trusting relationship with tour directors.
  • Adequately follow up on requests related to luggage, wake-up calls, and meal specifics for tours.
