We are looking for an organized, versatile, and autonomous administrative assistant who wishes to evolve in a dynamic environment where customer service and administrative support are important. This person will contribute to the smooth operation of daily operations by providing support to the team, ensuring rigorous client file tracking, and maintaining a professional service at all times.
The administrative assistant will have the following responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the team in daily activities;
- Manage schedules and coordinate appointments;
- Answer calls, emails, and provide professional customer service;
- Participate in the preparation, layout, and review of documents;
- Enter data and keep files up-to-date;
- Prepare mandate letters and various administrative documents;
- Follow up with clients and ensure accounts receivable tracking;
- Other related tasks.
Requirements
- Education in secretarial work, administration, or a related field, or any equivalent combination of education and experience;
- Minimum of three (3) years of experience in a similar position;
- Experience in an accounting firm is an asset;
- Excellent customer service, organization, and priority management skills;
- Autonomous, rigorous, versatile, and discreet person;
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook;
- Excellent French, both spoken and written; English is an asset.
