What You Will Accomplish With Us

As a Student – Investment Performance Analyst, you will be at the core of our mission. Here are the main responsibilities:

• Prepare detailed reports on investment performance for clients and portfolio managers;
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of performance evaluation processes and methodologies used by the team;
• Support analysts in implementing quality controls on critical data;
• Develop and automate performance reports using data visualization tools;
• Support analysts through various cross-functional projects aimed at improving performance evaluation processes;
• Stay informed of industry needs and trends in data consumption.
• What Could Accelerate Your Success In This Role
• We are looking for someone who:
• Is pursuing a bachelor's degree or a master's degree in finance, information technology, or any other related discipline;
• Is recognized for a strong knowledge of financial markets and asset classes;
• Stands out for their attention to detail;
• Demonstrates a high level of proactivity;
• Shows strong analytical skills;
• Has an intermediate level of English proficiency, as the individual will be required to simplify information and interact with English-speaking colleagues or internal partners across Canada on a daily basis;
• Has experience with SQL and tools such as Python (an asset);
• Has an interest in obtaining a CFA, FRM, CIPM, or comparable certification (an asset).
