Evening Weekend Forklift Operator

Robert Group is hiring an evening weekend forklift operator 15h-23h in a frozen environment in Boucherville. Accessible by public transportation.

The forklift operator is responsible for receiving, preparing, moving, and shipping goods while ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards. He or she works in a refrigerated (-18 °C) environment and uses various handling equipment, including the forklift.

Salary: $22.59

Evening Premium: $1.25

Frozen Premium: $2.00

Forklift Operator Tasks

• Receive and ship goods;
• Prepare orders accurately;
• Enter data into computer systems;
• Maintain the organization and cleanliness of the storage area;
• Strictly follow health and safety regulations;
• Operate a forklift (electric reach truck, counterbalanced forklift, sit-down forklift);
• Work efficiently in a temperature-controlled (-18 °C) environment.

Desired Profile for Evening Weekend Forklift Operator

• Good physical condition (ability to lift loads of 50lbs);
• 6-12 months of experience with narrow forklift (REACH) operation;
• Experience in material handling is a plus;
• Comfortable using technological equipment;
• Tolerance to cold;
• Attention to detail.
