YOUR CHALLENGE

  • YOUR ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Welcome workers in the morning;
  • Ensure the proper functioning of OHS on the site;

  • Conduct and coordinate quality audits on the site;
  • Develop procedures and participate in their implementation;

  • Promote and coordinate prevention activities (training, information, animation);

  • EXPERIENCE AND REQUIREMENTS
  • Minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in occupational health and safety;
  • Post-secondary diploma in a field related to quality and/or occupational health and safety, or equivalent experience;
  • Mastery of quality control measures, tests, and inspections;
  • In-depth knowledge of management principles, control methods, and application of quality standards and health and safety requirements;
  • Training in construction health and safety;
  • Adaptability to changes;
  • Technical and computer skills related to the position;
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
  • Ability to work flexible hours and the possibility of occasional travel outside the city for site work;
  • Ability to perform tests at height and in confined spaces;
  • Valid driver's license;
  • Experience in the construction or real estate industry (an asset);
  • Good oral and written communication skills (French and English).
