In your role, you will represent Bath & Body Works - you will discover your customers' needs and help them find the best products for themselves and others. Our staff is dedicated to providing an exceptional and consistent customer experience that has a positive impact on sales growth and contributes to a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer experiences through sales behaviors rooted in our values and a deep understanding of products.
• Build authentic connections with customers by discovering their needs, providing product information, demonstrating, and making personalized recommendations.
• Provide a pleasant and efficient checkout experience, including processing customer purchases and ensuring the checkout counter is well-stocked, clean, and organized.
• Perform restocking activities and adhere to brand standards to keep the store full and abundant.
• Contribute to floor execution, window changes, visual displays, signage setup, etc., as needed.
• Have good physical fitness, including the ability to stand for long periods, walk, reach for and lift objects. Climb ladders, lift objects, bend, kneel to reach products, and maintain visual displays in the store. Be able to lift 10 lbs (4.5 kg) repeatedly and sometimes up to 50 lbs (22.7 kg).
• Consistently provide a safe, immaculate, and welcoming experience by adhering to safety standards and expectations.
• Adhere to our values, policies, and procedures.

Qualifications

• Comfort in a customer-focused retail environment.
• Proven sales and customer experience results in a dynamic environment.
• Effective communication, openness to feedback, and adaptability.
• Ability to de-escalate difficult situations in-store and with customers.
• Availability during peak days and hours, including evening shifts, weekends, and holidays.
