Store Manager

The store manager manages and supervises daily operations, visual presentation, performance management, employee recruitment and training, scheduling, and inventory management. They ensure compliance with company guidelines and best practices.

Daily Tasks (without limitation)

• Supervise all store operations and ensure compliance with company policies.
• Lead, motivate, and develop staff to achieve performance goals.
• Participate in store presentation, shelving, and packing/unpacking daily shipments.
• Provide excellent service and resolve complex issues.
• Implement and maintain visual presentation standards.
• Ensure store safety and cleanliness.
• Manage cash and open/close as needed.
• Provide performance feedback and assign tasks.
• Perform tasks of on-duty managers (breaks, attendance).
• Be responsible for hiring and evaluating performance.

What You Need to Succeed

• Minimum of two (2) years of experience in retail.
• Minimum of two (2) years of experience in team management.
• High availability (day, evening, weekend).
• Excellent communication and decision-making skills.
• Demonstrated leadership and team management.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Ability to prioritize and work in a dynamic, fast-paced, and high-volume environment.
