Your role
- Welcome and warmly interact with customers
- Perform transactions with precision
- Keep the cash area clean, neat, and organized
- Produce and balance the cash report at the end of each work shift
- Comply with the company's health and safety and loss prevention policies and procedures
- Understand and promote the company's programs and initiatives (surveys, fundraising, financing, etc.)
- Any other related tasks ensuring the smooth operation of the store
Skills required
- Excellent customer service
- Ability to quickly and efficiently resolve various issues
- Attention to detail
- Comfortable working standing for long periods and occasionally working outside
- Experience with cash register systems, an asset
