In this key role, you will need to
- Advise our customers, in person and by phone, on our parts and accessories
- Place orders and follow up with customers if necessary
- Provide expertise on products and recommendations on relevant parts, if applicable
- Build and maintain relationships with customers.
Qualifications To join our team, you must have
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Diploma in parts sales and/or experience in heavy duty vehicle parts (asset).
