What you will accomplish with us

As a Regional Assistant – Events and Sales Support, you will be at the heart of our mission. Here are the main responsibilities:

  • Coordinate the planning of events, meetings, seminars, promotional tours, and accredited training for Quebec and the Atlantic provinces: venue and vendor bookings, creation of promotional materials, registration management, and activity tracking before, during, and after events to ensure an optimal experience;
  • Act as a resource during events (on-site coordination, note-taking, or technical support) and ensure liaison with internal and external partners to ensure compliance;
  • Contribute to the preparation of communication and marketing materials (letters, email and digital campaigns) from both a design and execution perspective;
  • Ensure administrative management: preparation of expense reports, invoice processing, payment tracking, and management of requests related to activities;
  • Support the regional vice president, national investment vice president, and sales team in managing travel, expenses, presentation preparation, and other tasks;
  • Establish and maintain relationships with partners (MGA, national accounts, financial institutions, advisors, etc.) and act as a key contact point with internal teams;
  • Coordinate special initiatives and manage and inventory promotional materials;
  • Handle confidential information while respecting confidentiality norms.

  • Has 3 to 5 years of experience in a relevant field, including event coordination (a significant asset).

Intermediate English language proficiency since the person will be required to communicate and collaborate with partners and internal teams located across Canada, both written and oral, on a weekly basis.
