Responsibilities Associated with the Position Include

  • Prepare financial reports and all necessary documents for decision-making instances and provide recommendations;
  • Act as a resource person for external auditors;
  • Define the issues and propose strategic directions to the executive team for improving the MRC's financial management;
  • Manage the operational, financial, and administrative aspects of all multidisciplinary resources that may be entrusted to you;
  • Participate, in collaboration with other members of the executive team, in achieving annual objectives.

Required Qualifications and Skills

  • Hold a university degree in administration with an option in accounting or any other relevant field;
  • Have a minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting management activities;
  • Have an enhanced sense of leadership, management, planning, and organization;
  • Excellent interpersonal and relational communication skills;
  • Possess problem-solving and effective solution-development skills;
  • Have a sense of initiative, creativity, and resourcefulness;
  • Demonstrate a good team spirit; able to mobilize and bring out the best in colleagues;
  • Be proficient in Microsoft Office suite;
  • Possess excellent written and spoken French.
