POSITION: Production Operator - DAY SHIFT
Techniseal is growing and has opportunities for permanent positions with several social benefits. The plant is undergoing automation, and we are looking for production operators who will perform the following tasks:
- Operate and monitor the various machines used in continuous production.
- Control the startup, shutdown, and troubleshooting of process equipment.
- Take samples, perform tests, and maintain a production batch log.
- Sack and palletize polymer bags or sealant containers.
- Depalletize raw materials onto a conveyor.
- Move pallets using a forklift. (An asset)
- Ensure the packaging method is followed by referring to work orders (B.O.M.).
- Ensure the work area is kept clean after each production and at the end of the shift.
- Comply with regulations and participate in the health and safety program.
Skills
- Organization and diligence
- Dynamism and team spirit

- Resourcefulness and autonomy
- Physical and manual labor (must be able to lift approximately 50 pounds)
- Mixer/batcher experience – an asset
- English – an asset
Conditions
- Permanent full-time position – 40 hours per week
- Work schedule: day shift (Mon-Wed: 6:30
- AM to 3:45
- PM and
- Fri: 6:30
- AM to 11:30 AM)
- Possibility of overtime
