Job Title: Project Manager

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly organized and collaborative project leader to oversee global, cross-functional projects within our product development and manufacturing teams.

As a motivated project manager, you turn complex challenges into clear and actionable plans. You bring a keen sense of business, a structured approach, and a sense of responsibility to every initiative, while balancing the interests of various stakeholders, prioritizing competing demands, and driving projects to completion. Whether launching a new product, improving manufacturing productivity, or leading a cost optimization effort, you demonstrate focus, energy, and rigorous execution to move the work forward.

This role will involve managing a varied portfolio of initiatives, including:

• New product development (NPD)
• Cost reduction and value engineering projects
• Productivity improvement initiatives
• Business process improvement projects

Job Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain project plans in accordance with established processes, adopting a proactive, problem-solving, and results-oriented attitude.
• Facilitate project reviews, progress updates, and communications with leadership.
• Build strong relationships with stakeholders and navigate organizational dynamics to achieve project goals.
• Demonstrate a keen sense of business and strong critical thinking skills to facilitate decision-making by analyzing risks, impacts, trade-offs, and operational priorities related to projects.
• Exercise influence without direct authority to foster accountability and ensure key project milestones and deliverables are met.
• Foster continuous improvement through effective project management practices and lessons learned from experience.
• Job Requirements:

Essential

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, business administration, or a related discipline
• At least 3 years of experience in project management within product development, manufacturing, operations, or a related industrial environment
• Proven experience in managing cross-functional projects.
• Strong planning, organization, and prioritization skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills (bilingual English-French)

Assets

• Financial acumen.
• PMP (Project Management Professional) certification or other project management certification, an asset
• Experience within international and multicultural organizations.
• Experience in manufacturing operations or continuous improvement-focused environments.
• Certification in Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or other process improvement methodologies.
