What will you contribute to the team?

  • Actively participate in troubleshooting mechanical system-related issues.
  • Write functional test procedures for various mechanical systems and identify the required tools to execute them.
  • Review and validate engineering requirements for mechanical systems.
  • Plan and implement changes in production.
  • Support and optimize daily production operations.
  • Examine technical issues and find solutions for the aircraft, from pre-flight to customer delivery.
  • Answer technical questions from the Methods, Quality, and Production departments.

How will you thrive in this role?

  • You have a college diploma in aircraft maintenance with a minimum of five (5) years of experience in aviation.
  • Knowledge of an aircraft's mechanical systems is essential.
  • You must also have a sense of responsibility, integrity, initiative, and good technical judgment.
  • You must be able to work with minimal supervision and have strong organizational skills.
  • Bilingualism (French & English) and strong organizational and communication skills are also essential.
  • Knowledge of SAP, Macpac, Quicksilver is an asset.
  • Knowledge of Challenger products is an important asset.
  • You have a strong customer orientation.
