What will you contribute to the team?

  • Develop and execute reliable material flows, from component receipt to its final point of use, in close collaboration with the Logistics Procurement team.
  • Define and implement an inventory management strategy that integrates well with capital management strategy.
  • Create a scheduling plan (shopload) for non-paced production sectors.
  • Develop harmonized solutions between the Procurement team and production demand to maximize inventory management strategy.
  • Define and document the strategy for production kits.
  • Interact with various multidisciplinary teams (Methods, Industrial Engineering, Quality).
  • Participate in improvement projects (Reach Excellence, 5S, Cost Reduction, Value-Added Production, etc.).
  • Support the integration of new tools into Bombardier's manufacturing system.

How will you thrive in this role?

  • You hold a bachelor's degree in Logistics, Industrial Engineering, Operations and Logistics, Operations Management, or an equivalent college diploma with relevant work experience.
  • You have a strong interest in continuous improvement and value-added production.
  • You have 2 to 5 years of experience in Logistics or Production Planning.
  • You have relevant experience in the aerospace or automotive industry.
  • You have proficiency in both French and English, both written and spoken.
  • You have good knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, MS Project).
  • You have experience with the SAP ERP system (asset).
