Your Role

At Digico, the receiving and shipping clerk plays a crucial role in our supply chain. You ensure that every order leaves our facilities with precision, on time, and in the best condition.

Your Main Responsibilities

• Welcome carriers and hand out the appropriate equipment during pickups.
• Verify that packaged products match delivery notes.
• Manage the physical and digital inventory of finished products in the warehouse.
• Maintain adequate packaging material inventory.
• Ensure safe, clean, and well-organized storage.
• Securely and efficiently load delivery trucks.
• Participate, if needed, in the preparation of customs documentation.
• Contribute to maintaining an efficient and well-structured shipping service.

Requirements

• Experience in a receiving and shipping position or a similar role (an asset).
• Good computer skills, including Excel and carrier platforms (DHL, FedEx, UPS, etc.).
• Valid forklift operator's license.
• Ability to lift loads up to 50 lb.
• Excellent ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
• Organizational skills, autonomy, and attention to detail.
• Ease of communication and excellent service to customers and carriers.
• Excellent French language skills, both spoken and written.

Salary: $20.00 to $22.48 per hour
