Aramark is looking for a chef for the food service at John Abbott College in Sainte-Anne-de-Bellevue LOCATION: John Abbott College (21 275 Lakeshore Road, Sainte-Anne-de-Bellevue H9X 3L9)

POSITION: Chef

• SALARY: $21.11
• HOURS: 6:00 AM to 1:30 PM Monday to Friday (following the school calendar)
• START DATE: August 2026

Job Responsibilities

• Cook and prepare the daily menu following production guidelines and standardized recipes
• Ensure the quality of food services and customer satisfaction
• Perform cooking and finishing of dishes
• Participate in setting up stations
• Optimize food costs
• Temperature checks
• Prepare food for catering events
• Participate in the ordering list
• Assist in organizing orders according to standards
• Rotate food at stations and during order collection
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment that complies with company policies and procedures
• Participate in marketing various promotions
• Perform any other tasks related to food service as needed

Qualifications

• 2 to 3 years of experience in food service or restaurant is an asset
• Excellent organizational skills and a rigorous and methodical approach to daily work
• MAPAQ hygiene and sanitation certificate (asset)
• Ability to work in a team and under supervision
• Self-sufficient in tasks
• Positive attitude, punctuality, honesty, and judgment
• Customer service-oriented
• Bilingualism is a strongly considered asset
