Aramark is looking for supervisors for the food service at the camp

Position: Supervisor

• Location: Valcartier Base
• Salary: Between $23.00 and $27.00 depending on experience
• Hours: To be discussed during the interview
• Start Date: June-July-August (summer season 2026)

Job Responsibilities

• Plan and manage staffing according to activity
• Coordinate schedules
• Coordinate breaks and meals
• Forecast needs for operations
• Ensure the quality of meal production to meet customer requirements
• Participate in inventory control and taking
• Monitor and control the quality of service and customer satisfaction
• Welcome customers and provide excellent customer service
• Follow established safety regulations
• Perform any other tasks as needed

Qualifications

• Customer service experience
• Experience in food service or restaurant (asset)
• Strong leadership qualities
• Organized
• Positive attitude
• Ability to work with minimal supervision
• Customer service-oriented
