You will play a key role in the design and development of modular industrial systems for renewable gas processing. You will be responsible for the design, component selection, technical drawing validation, and support for production and service teams.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Design robust and efficient mechanical solutions;
- Select components in collaboration with suppliers;
- Validate manufacturing drawings and pressure vessels;
- Support internal teams (production, service, sales);
- Participate in continuous product and process improvement;
- Ensure compliance with standards and regulations (ASME, CRN, etc.);
- Responsible for the manufacturability and profitability of mechanical designs.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
- Mechanical Engineering degree;
- Member of the OIQ;
- 5 to 7 years of experience in an industrial or manufacturing environment;
- Proficiency in SolidWorks or equivalent software;
- Knowledge of pressure component standards, ASME B31.3, ASME VIII, PED (asset);
- Team spirit, autonomy, and passion for mechanics;
- Advanced French, functional English to consult some suppliers' websites located outside Quebec.
