Shunter - Night Shift - Class 1

Job Title: Shunter/Conductor

Location: Ville Mont-Royal

Duration: Night

Shift - 2:00 PM to 10:00 PM

Salary: $26.18/hour + overtime

Description

We are looking for talented and dedicated drivers offering exceptional customer service to join our delivery fleet. We offer an excellent training program, specialized equipment, and growth opportunities.

• Perform night maneuvers on customer property.
• Occasional pickup and drop-off of trailers at a nearby location.
• Ensure trailers are in good working condition and readily available for loading.
• Be able to park trailers efficiently and space the yard in an orderly manner to facilitate traffic flow.
• Ensure accuracy and record all deliveries on the timesheet.

Responsibilities and Requirements

• Valid Class 1 license.
• Comfortable with city and highway driving, regular tight turns, backing up to narrow docks.
• Ability to regularly lift weights up to 23 kg or 50 lbs.
• Good record and pass a criminal background check.
• Adhere to the company's safety and hours of service rules and requirements.
• Excellent customer service skills.
