Position Overview

EOSOL Group is seeking a Material Coordinator to support a utility-scale wind energy project in Canada.

The selected candidate will be responsible for coordinating material requests, inventory management, shipment tracking, warehouse coordination, and SAP transactions to ensure all materials are available to support construction and turbine installation activities.

This role requires strong organizational skills, experience in material management for industrial or renewable energy projects, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate material requests from regional and global warehouses.
  • Process Goods Receipts (GR) and inventory transactions in SAP.
  • Track incoming shipments and coordinate deliveries to the project site.
  • Monitor inventory levels and material availability.
  • Verify inventory accuracy and reconcile discrepancies.
  • Coordinate staging of materials to support installation activities.
  • Monitor material consumption and identify shortages.
  • Track missing materials and coordinate corrective actions.
  • Maintain accurate records using SAP, Excel, and project management tools.
  • Coordinate with logistics providers, warehouse teams, and project stakeholders.
  • Prepare inventory reports and material status updates.
  • Identify opportunities to improve inventory control and material management processes.

Education

  • Bachelor's Degree or Technical Diploma in:
  • Supply Chain Management
  • Logistics
  • Business Administration
  • Engineering
  • Related discipline

Experience

  • Minimum 2–3 years of experience in:
  • Material Coordination
  • Inventory Control
  • Warehouse Operations
  • Logistics
  • Construction or Renewable Energy Projects

Technical Skills

  • SAP (preferred)
  • Microsoft Excel (Advanced)
  • Inventory Management
  • Material Planning
  • Supply Chain Coordination

Requirements

  • Advanced English (mandatory).
  • Previous experience on construction, industrial, or renewable energy projects.
  • Experience supporting wind projects is highly preferred.
  • Ability to work on-site in Canada.
