Your Impact

This is a full-time position from Monday to Friday with flexible hours, based in Longueuil, and performed exclusively on-site.

  • Strengthen collaboration across the product lifecycle;
  • Simplify business processes and improve the flow of information;
  • Improve the use of engineering information across the organization;
  • Support the integration of new practices, tools, and ways of working;
  • Help build a more connected, agile, and future-ready engineering organization.

What do you need to be successful?

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related technical discipline.
  • Experience in engineering design, product development, program management, or a technical leadership role.
  • Strong understanding of engineering, product development, and cross-functional collaboration.
  • Ability to understand complex issues, connect teams, and propose pragmatic solutions.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and relationship management skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to influence and coordinate multidisciplinary teams without direct hierarchical authority.

Bonus Qualifications

  • Experience in business process improvement, change management, or work method evolution.
  • Experience in organizational change management (OCM).
  • Experience in Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) or engineering practice evolution.
  • Knowledge of engineering environments, including PLM solutions, CAD tools, or other product development tools.
  • Curiosity, continuous improvement mindset, and interest in engineering practice evolution and digital tools.
