As part of digital transformation, you will play a key role in the development and deployment of artificial intelligence solutions aimed at improving care, services, and organizational processes. In collaboration with clinical, administrative, and support teams, you will contribute to making AI an innovation lever for the benefit of children and their families.

Your contribution

• Develop the strategy, governance, and best practices in artificial intelligence.
• Identify opportunities to use AI to optimize processes and create value.
• Analyze needs, assess benefits, risks, and recommend the most suitable solutions.
• Accompany the deployment of AI projects, from pilot projects to scaling.
• Raise awareness, train, and support teams in the responsible use of AI tools.
• Represent the Sainte-Justine CHU to various partners and provincial bodies.

Desired profile

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (computer science, artificial intelligence, data science, engineering, administration, or related field).
• Experience in artificial intelligence and digital transformation.
• Good understanding of the issues related to AI and its governance.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and popularization skills.
• Ability to mobilize teams and adapt to a multidisciplinary environment.
