Responsibilities
Under the authority of the assistant director – Performance and Improvement Division, the incumbent is responsible for the planning, coordination, implementation, and follow-up of organizational projects with a cross-cutting scope, in accordance with the strategic priorities of Health Québec and those of the establishment.
He/she ensures the leadership of the projects entrusted to him/her in collaboration with the promoters and concerned departments, assuming accountability for achieving results, deadlines, and deliverables. He/she ensures the implementation of structured project management practices and contributes to the evolution of organizational project governance mechanisms.
The incumbent also acts as a catalyst for organizational transformation by contributing to the implementation of structuring projects and initiatives aimed at improving organizational performance. The nature of the files requires the ability to evolve in complex environments, to mobilize various actors, and to propose adapted solutions to achieve organizational objectives.
The senior project management advisor assumes strategic orientation, coordination, and implementation functions for high-impact organizational projects. This is a cross-functional role involving the management of complex files requiring the integration of multiple dimensions (clinical, administrative, organizational), as well as constant interaction with various departments and partners.

Admission requirements
- Bachelor's degree in administration, project management, or a relevant discipline;
- Master's degree in project management or a relevant field (asset);
- Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification;
- Significant experience in managing and implementing large-scale projects;
- Experience in change management;
- Very good understanding of the health and social services sector, its administration, and its legal framework.
- Any other combination of education and experience may be considered, in accordance with Health Québec's benchmarks and the establishment's guidelines.
