Podiatric Assistant - Part-Time

The Repentigny Podiatric Clinic, established in the heart of Repentigny for several years, is looking for a dynamic person to join its team.

If you have experience at a clinic reception or in the healthcare field, that's an asset. Experience in disinfection and sterilization of instruments is also appreciated.

What you will do

As a podiatric assistant / associate, you will play a crucial role with our team and patients. Your main responsibilities will be to:

• Welcome patients and set them up in treatment rooms;
• Assist podiatrists and nurses in various clinical tasks;
• Clean and disinfect rooms after each consultation;
• Perform disinfection and sterilization of instruments (asset);
• Answer phone calls;
• Schedule appointments;
• Follow up with patients;
• Prepare billing;
• Participate in various administrative tasks and clinic communications.
• Our needs
• We are looking for a person available mainly:
• Thursday
• Friday
• Saturday (occasionally)

Day, evening, and some Saturday availability is required.

Essential

• College studies;
• Good mastery of Word and Excel.

Assets

• Experience in a medical clinic or healthcare setting;
• Knowledge of disinfection and sterilization procedures;
• Experience with an appointment scheduling software.
