Your responsibilities as a Training Supervisor

• Assist the manager in planning and coordinating department activities to achieve sales and profitability goals set by the director, while respecting the applicable collective agreement
• Assist the manager in managing employees
• Substitute for the manager when they are absent
• Be able to place orders and purchases for the department. Verify the compliance of invoices with delivery notes and ensure the receipt of goods
• Ensure that the store is ready to receive customers in terms of merchandise quantity, product labeling, and perishable goods rotation. Ensure the department's business readiness
• Ensure that product labeling complies with store standards, the chief office's price list, and the optical scanner cash register prices, and ensure that price cards comply with the circular
• Ensure the rotation of products based on expiration date codes
• Ensure compliance with the company's marketing plans
• Be able to create employee schedules
• Ensure compliance with company policies (receiving, safety, etc.) and health, safety, and hygiene standards
• Participate in the welcoming, training, and evaluation of employees

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• 3 years of experience in grocery
