Description

Who we are?

As a leading automotive financing company, Iceberg Finance is a Fintech that has experienced exceptional growth over the past few years, particularly thanks to the major acquisition of iFinance Canada in 2022. A finalist in 2022 and 2023 among the best lenders according to the Canadian Lender Association (CLA), Iceberg Finance aims to be among the top three specialized and alternative lenders in Canada in the coming year.

As part of our Information Systems (IS) team, the Solutions Analyst serves as the bridge between business units and the software development team, and much more: you carry out technological initiatives from ideation to delivery, understand the problems, structure the needs, translate them into software requirements, evaluate the solutions, and mobilize the right stakeholders to ensure that the technological effort addresses the right problem and reaches the desired result.

Whether it's evaluating a new platform, leading a proof of concept (POC), or transforming a department's request into a deployed solution, you keep business analysis at the heart of the approach until the complete definition of software requirements. You report directly to the VP of Technologies.
