Evo Ressources is currently looking for a Project Manager for Construction KG2.

Do you excel in project management and want to put your expertise in the construction field to good use? Do you want to be part of a company recognized for the quality of its projects? Construction KG2 is looking for a Project Manager to ensure the planning, coordination, and follow-up of construction projects, while contributing to the estimation process.

You will work closely with clients, suppliers, and field teams to ensure the success of projects.

Your Role

• *Project Management*
• Plan, coordinate, and supervise the various stages of projects;
• Ensure compliance with budgets, schedules, and contractual requirements;
• Provide quality support to clients;
• Collaborate closely with suppliers, subcontractors, and internal teams;
• Participate in site meetings and ensure rigorous tracking of progress;
• Identify issues and propose appropriate solutions.
• *Estimation*
• Participate in the analysis of requests for proposals;
• Evaluate the costs of materials, labor, and equipment;
• Prepare budget estimates and submissions;
• Collaborate with suppliers to obtain the best conditions;
• Contribute to the improvement of estimation methods.
• *Administrative Follow-up*
• Prepare and track project documentation;
• Produce various progress reports;
• Track changes, extras, and costs;
• Collaborate with various teams to ensure the smooth running of projects.

Desired Profile

• Hold relevant training in engineering, estimation, project management, or a related field;
• Have experience in project management in the construction field;
• Experience in estimation is a valuable asset;
• Demonstrate excellent ability to build and maintain lasting relationships with clients and partners;
• Show excellent organizational and prioritization skills;
• Demonstrate good communication and problem-solving skills;
• Be autonomous, thorough, and results-oriented;
• Be proficient in Microsoft Office; knowledge of estimation software is an asset.
