ERP Analyst, Customer Service

Being an ERP Analyst, Customer Service at Innovair Solutions means acting as a functional expert in the ERP module dedicated to customer service and actively contributing to the implementation, improvement, and optimization of our business processes. With your analytical mindset, collaborative spirit, and interest in technology, you will participate in major projects while guiding users in evolving their practices.

On a daily basis, you will have to

• Act as a super user of the ERP module for customer service;
• Identify, analyze, and understand the business needs of different operational units;
• Conduct a diagnosis, recommend solutions, and contribute to the definition of target processes;
• Configure the ERP module according to established standards and planned schedules;
• Participate in various testing phases and monitor the results;
• Collaborate with project teams, functional experts, and users to deliver ERP improvements and projects;
• Promote best practices and optimal use of system features;
• Train and support users and new hires in using the solution;
• Analyze and resolve operational issues once solutions are implemented;
• Participate in the optimization and standardization of ERP processes across different sites;
• Act as a positive change agent within the framework of digital transformation projects.

You are the person we are looking for if you have

• A degree in administration, information technology, or a relevant field;
• Relevant experience in a similar role related to ERP systems or business process improvement;
• Good knowledge of manufacturing environments and their operational processes;
• Knowledge of ERP systems, particularly Microsoft Dynamics 365 (an asset);
• Experience in internal or external sales (an asset);
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills;
• Strong communication and collaboration abilities;
• The ability to simplify information and train different types of users;
• A strong sense of organization, diligence, and autonomy;
• Excellent French and English proficiency, both spoken and written, to communicate with various internal stakeholders;
• Availability for occasional travel to Canada and the United States.
