Call Center Agent (Night/Evening)

Located in Old Terrebonne, Integral Administrative Services is looking to add to its current team, people who care about customer service. This is a permanent, night and evening shift position, which does not require any solicitation, with paid training.

Responsibilities

• Process incoming calls, emails, messages, and requests according to established procedures;
• Answer and route service calls;
• Manage information in a management system (schedule, alarms, call cascade);

Desired Profile

• Good communication skills;
• Knowledge of Outlook;
• Customer service sense and professionalism (essential);
• Rigor in managing necessary follow-ups;
• Knowledge of English (an asset);

Conditions

• Permanent position, Monday to Friday;
• Schedule: Night, starting at 03:30 AM until morning;
• Base salary is $17.30 per hour + Bonuses (night and weekend);
• Employment Type: Permanent
• Compensation: Starting at $17.30 per hour
