Power Platform Developer

We are looking for a passionate Developer ("Enabler / Builder" profile) to design, program, and deploy custom technological solutions within our Microsoft environment. Unlike a classic administration role, you will act as a true developer and integrator. Your mission will be to transform business needs into high-performance applications and complex automations, leveraging code, APIs, and Microsoft's development tools ecosystem.

Functions and Responsibilities

Main Responsibilities (Builder / Enabler Role):

Development and Engineering: Act as the primary developer ("Builder") to program, test, and deploy custom applications and workflows.

Integration and API: Ensure smooth interoperability between M365, Azure, and third-party systems by developing robust integrations (REST API, Webhooks, etc.).

Advanced Automation ("Enabler"): Provide automation tools and scripts that eliminate complex manual tasks and enable other technical or business teams to be more efficient.

Specific Expertise Required (Key Skills):

Power Platform: Strong expertise in Power Platform development. Beyond "low code", ability to extend the platform (e.g., creating custom connectors, integrating PCF components) to push the limits of standard Power Apps and Power Automate.

Application and Flow Creation: Demonstrated ability to design and develop applications (Canvas/Model-driven) and automation flows, ranging from simple use cases to advanced enterprise architectures requiring complex conditional logic.

Graph API and Azure API: Mastery of development with Microsoft Graph API and Azure APIs. Excellent ability to code API calls, manage authentication (OAuth, Azure AD/Entra ID), manipulate JSON data, and create highly connected solutions.

M365 Admin Center: Deep understanding of the M365 Admin Center from a development perspective (managing app registrations, configuring API permissions, managing development-related security policies).

PowerShell (Mandatory): Essential mastery of PowerShell programming. You must be able to create advanced scripts to automate deployments, manage M365/Azure environments, and perform complex operations via modules (e.g., PnP PowerShell, MS Graph PowerShell).

Qualities Required to Succeed in This Role CGI offers a reasonable estimate of the salary range for this position. The calculation of this range depends on various factors, including skill level, geographic market, experience, education, as well as professional licenses and certifications. Salary decisions depend on the particularities of each case. A reasonable estimate of this salary range is between $60,000 and $130,000. This position is currently open.
