As a Visualization Analyst or Senior Visualization Analyst, you will play a strategic role within the Investment Operations team, ensuring the quality of fund financial statements and driving the industrialization of reports for institutional clients through your analytical, financial, and accounting skills.

What You Will Accomplish with Us
As a Visualization Analyst or Senior Visualization Analyst, you will be at the heart of our mission. Here are the main responsibilities:
Supervise the preparation and review of financial statements and fund publications for mutual funds and distinct funds.
Validate the accuracy of key financial documents, including the income statement, balance sheet, cash flow statement, and equity.
Detect and analyze financial discrepancies or irregularities to prevent potential risks.
Ensure regulatory compliance of financial statements according to industry standards.
Implement and monitor internal controls related to the production of financial and regulatory reports.
Collaborate on data governance, ensuring their accuracy and integrity with internal and external teams.
Assess the needs of institutional clients and contribute to the optimization of reporting processes and tools.
Support and migrate our operational tools in Excel (VBA)
Design, develop, and implement Python solutions
Use generative AI tools, including coding assistants (Copilot, Agent Mode, Skills), to accelerate development and improve the quality of visualization and operational solutions.
What Could Accelerate Your Success in This Role
We are looking for someone who: Is recognized for their rigor and precision in handling complex financial data.
Demonstrates mastery of IFRS standards and regulatory requirements in the financial sector.
Shows a great ability to solve problems and analyze financial discrepancies in a dynamic environment.
Is recognized for their ease of collaborating with multidisciplinary teams and effectively communicating in English.
Has at least 2 years of experience in financial analysis, report production, or accounting in the financial services sector.
Holds a bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, economics, or a related field.
Possesses a professional certification such as CPA (asset).
Mastery of reporting and BI tools such as Excel (VBA), Power BI, Workiva, or any other visualization tool (asset)
Mastery of Python and experience in developing and integrating AI-powered applications.
Good knowledge of basic database concepts and SQL query writing (asset).
Experience with version control tools (asset)
- Experience with Power Apps and Microsoft's Power Platforms suite. (Asset)
Advanced level in English, both orally and in writing, due to daily tasks performed in this language. These tasks include oral communications via videoconferencing to facilitate meetings and presentations, as well as writing emails with unilingual English-speaking partners and suppliers.
