Your area of expertise

A professional studies diploma (DEP) or relevant experience in accounting will be an asset for you to secure this position.

Your area of responsibilities

• As an accounts payable clerk:
• You process the invoices to be paid by the organization.
• You participate in the computer classification of invoices and some vendor account reconciliations.
• You answer questions from vendors and department heads, while maintaining a professional and lasting business relationship with them.
• You ensure rigorous tracking of vendor files and the information needed for processing payables.
• You actively collaborate in optimizing processes related to payables.
• You contribute to the smooth functioning of the team by performing various administrative and accounting tasks.
