Your Role as a Billing Specialist
Under the responsibility of our Accounting Manager, the Billing Specialist will be tasked with assisting our accounting team in creating invoices, analyzing revenue, and identifying opportunities to automate the process.
Your Responsibilities
- Create invoices from automatic, manual, and partnership billing
- Analyze revenue distribution
- Manage the ARR (Annual Recurring Revenue) model
- Ensure revenues are recorded accurately
- Perform end-of-month tasks within tight deadlines
- Conduct controls for the financial controller's review
- Manage all client and internal requests
We would love to meet you if you have
- Proven experience in a role where attention to detail and diligence are essential for success
- Ability to communicate detailed information pragmatically with various stakeholders
- Exceptional multitasking and organizational skills, and the ability to work efficiently
- Strong knowledge of Excel and other relevant accounting software
- Good oral and written communication skills (French and English)
