Main Responsibilities

1. Management Systems (Quality and OHS)

  • Ensure the compliance, efficiency, and evolution of ISO 9001 and ISO 45001 management systems
  • Maintain certifications and prepare for surveillance and recertification audits
  • Define, implement, and maintain processes, procedures, and work instructions
  • Manage documentation and record control
  • Plan and conduct internal audits
  • Coordinate external audits (certification body, clients)

2. Health and Safety – Responsibility and Collaboration

  • Assume overall responsibility for maintaining ISO 45001 standards
  • Work closely with the health and safety coordinator
  • Ensure alignment between OHS requirements and organizational processes
  • Monitor OHS performance indicators and address deviations
  • Ensure integration of OHS requirements into operations

3. Operational Quality Management

  • Manage internal and external non-conformities
  • Supervise root cause analyses and implement corrective and preventive actions
  • Ensure compliance with quality requirements in production and refurbishment operations
  • Support teams in resolving technical quality-related issues

4. Supplier Quality Management

  • Define and implement supplier qualification and evaluation criteria
  • Plan and conduct quality audits and supplier inspections
  • Monitor supplier performance (quality, compliance, delivery times)
  • Manage supplier non-conformities and require corrective actions
  • Collaborate with procurement and engineering for improving supply quality

5. Performance Indicators and Monitoring

  • Define and monitor quality and OHS KPIs
  • Analyze results and recommend necessary actions
  • Produce and present periodic reports to management

6. Continuous Improvement

  • Lead continuous improvement projects and initiatives based on organizational priorities
  • Contribute to process optimization and reduction of non-conformities and risks
  • Monitor actions and evaluate achieved results

7. Interfunctional Collaboration

  • Work closely with production, engineering, and project management teams
  • Participate in project reviews and operational planning activities
  • Ensure integration of quality and OHS requirements into operational activities

8. Team Management

  • Supervise quality resources (2)
  • Plan, organize, and prioritize team activities
  • Ensure skill development and maintenance of performance standards

9. Multi-Site Management

  • Ensure harmonization of practices and standards across the three sites
  • Conduct regular follow-ups and site visits
  • Adapt processes to operational realities while maintaining organizational consistency

Required Profile

  • Relevant education in engineering, quality, or related field
  • Significant experience in quality system management in a manufacturing environment
  • Knowledge of ISO 9001 and ISO 45001 standards
  • Experience in auditing (internal, external, and supplier audits)
  • Demonstrated ability to structure and improve management systems
  • Recognized skills in analysis, problem-solving, and priority management
