Tasks to be performed

• Perform all manual labor;
• Operate all portable and stationary electric tools, pneumatic, gasoline, or diesel tools, etc.;
• Drive vehicles requiring a driver's license (Class 3 and 5);
• Perform various carpentry and maintenance tasks (carpentry, plastering, painting, etc.);
• Assist in the operation, maintenance, and repair of the stormwater, sanitary, water supply, road, sanitary pumping stations, and pressure boosting station networks;
• Perform building and green space maintenance;
• Perform horticultural landscaping;
• Transport equipment and set up events for the Recreation and Culture Service.

*These tasks are not exhaustive. Individuals in the position may be called upon to perform other related tasks as required.*

Requirements to apply

• Hold a high school diploma;
• Possess a valid Class 3 driver's license;
• Hold a certificate of completion for the General Health and Safety course for construction sites (ASP) (an asset);
• Have at least two years of relevant experience for the position.

• Have a sense of customer service.

• Full-time work for a fixed-term period (ending in early October) - possibility of recall for the following season in spring 2027;
• Schedule from Thursday to Monday noon;
