Therefore, we are looking for a Immigration & HR Coordinator with a generous heart and an organized mind to support our temporary foreign workers (TET). You will also have the pleasure of contributing to various HR matters such as CNESST, the social committee, and recruitment.

Concretely, your role will be to

• Welcome and integrate our TET (company policies, bank account, NAS, community life)
• Be the resource person for the TET
• Coordinate immigration requests: EIMT, work permits, visas
• Participate in the SST committee and the social committee
• Ensure the follow-up of CNESST files
• Write and keep up-to-date certain HR documents
• Lend a hand in recruitment as needed

What we are looking for in you

• Experience in immigration (EIMT, work permits, visas)
• Good sense of priorities and autonomy
• Flexibility in scheduling to support our TET and some social activities
• Knowledge of Spanish (a nice asset!)
• A good team spirit and spirit of mutual aid
