As a Data Analyst, you will take on the entire lifecycle of our Power BI reports: from gathering requirements to development, troubleshooting, and maintenance. You will work closely with various business stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into clear and reliable dashboards, while ensuring solid data governance.

Your Responsibilities.

  • Take on the entire lifecycle of Power BI reports and dashboards: design, development, troubleshooting, and maintenance.
  • Gather and document stakeholder needs and translate them into analytical solutions.
  • Design user-friendly and efficient dashboards.
  • Implement and manage row-level security (RLS) to ensure appropriate data access.
  • Ensure solid data governance: quality, documentation, and protection.
  • Keep indicators, measures, and data sources documentation up to date.
  • Collaborate with the Data and AI team and stakeholders, and propose improvements.
  • Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize existing reports and models.

Your Skills and Potential.

  • Have 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar role with Power BI development, troubleshooting, and full lifecycle support (including DAX and modeling).
  • Hold a bachelor's degree in computer science, software engineering, mathematics, or information systems/administrative business intelligence profile.
  • Demonstrate excellent organizational skills and rigor.
  • Show a strong sense of initiative to identify work and progress autonomously.
  • Demonstrate a strong problem-solving aptitude to understand business needs and propose solutions.
  • Be a good communicator in French-English (oral and written) and have the ability to popularize data.

Technical Skills

  • Solid experience in Power BI covering development, troubleshooting, and full lifecycle support (including DAX and modeling).
  • Solid experience in data governance.
  • Experience with row-level security (RLS).
  • Strong skills in data design and visualization (dashboard design).

Considered Assets.

  • Knowledge of Python and/or Microsoft Fabric.
  • Data engineering capabilities.
