As a product marketing manager, you will be responsible for certain aspects of the marketing strategy and its implementation for Informed Design. You will translate product and business priorities into clear messages, launch plans, training actions, customer awareness programs, and initiatives to promote the adoption of our solutions.

You will work closely with the Product, Adoption, Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing teams to translate complex workflows into clear customer value. As part of Autodesk's Incubation organization, Informed Design operates in a constantly evolving environment where priorities can change quickly. To succeed, you must be comfortable with ambiguity, ensure strong cross-functional coordination, and be able to move from planning to execution.

Responsibilities

  • Develop positioning, communication frameworks, value arguments, and launch plans for assigned product areas. Promote cross-functional coordination for quarterly releases and tiered product updates
  • Develop and manage webinars, newsletters, in-product communications, onboarding materials, and campaign assets that help customers understand, adopt, and realize value from Informed Design
  • Create a large volume of customer-facing and internal resources, including communication briefs, demo scripts, presentations, landing pages, blog articles, webinars, video scripts, customer testimonials, training materials, and product stories that translate technical workflows into clear customer value
  • Collect and synthesize customer feedback, competitive signals, market trends, and usage data to guide messages, launch priorities, adoption programs, and product direction
  • Develop practical training materials that help Sales, Customer Success, Adoption, and partner teams explain Informed Design, identify relevant use cases, and communicate value clearly
  • Work closely with Product, Engineering, Design, Sales, Customer Success, Adoption, and Marketing teams to ensure consistency across messages, launch execution, customer training, and field preparation
  • Contribute to the strategy and preparation for Autodesk and industry events, including demo scenarios, booth presence, customer-facing materials, and session content
  • Collaborate with the product marketing team to improve templates, content libraries, launch processes, and repeatable work methods as the function grows

Minimum Qualifications

  • At least 4 years of relevant experience in product marketing, technical marketing, solutions marketing, or a related B2B SaaS role. Experience with design, engineering, construction, manufacturing, or other technical workflow tools is an asset
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
  • Experience developing positioning, messaging, launch plans, customer-facing content, and sales enablement for technical products or complex workflows
  • Proven ability to lead product or feature launches, manage complex cross-functional projects, and drive work from planning to execution
  • Ability to clearly present the value of technical products to customers, sales teams, and internal stakeholders
  • Experience in marketing to a technical audience and adapting messages to different profiles, use cases, and customer journey stages
  • Comfort collaborating with Product, Sales, Customer Success, Adoption, Marketing, and other stakeholders in complex cross-functional processes
