Merchandiser - North Shore

Our company specializes in the sale, merchandising, and distribution of consumer products across Quebec. We work in partnership with recognized brands to ensure excellent in-store presence and a high-quality customer experience.

In the context of our growth, we are looking for a Market Specialist - Merchandiser to cover the Laval and North Shore of Montreal territory.

If you enjoy being on the road, working autonomously, and making a concrete impact in-store, this position is for you! To occupy this role, you must hold a valid driver's license, have exclusive access to a car, and reside in Laval or the North Shore of Montreal.

What we offer

• Salary: $20.75/hour
• Stable schedule: 40 hours/week, daytime, Tuesday to Saturday
• Car allowance: $900/month
• Cell phone allowance: $30/month
• Retention bonus of $1,200 after 12 months

• Status: Independent worker
• Territory: Laval and North Shore of Montreal

+ Blainville, Boisbriand, Bois-des-Filion, Laval, Lorraine, Rosemère, Sainte-Marthe-sur-le-Lac, Sainte-Thérèse, Saint-Eustache, and Terrebonne

• Occasional trips to the Laurentians may be required.
• Allowances are paid proportionally to the time worked.

Your responsibilities

• Perform product merchandising in coolers, refrigerated displays, and sales areas according to established standards.
• Arrange product displays and planograms in convenience stores and large retail outlets.
• Restock shelves and ensure product rotation.
• Install promotional materials in-store.
• Optimize product visibility and accessibility.
• Develop and maintain good relationships with store managers.
• Provide excellent customer service.
• Collaborate with sales representatives to maximize in-store opportunities.
• Regularly monitor activities performed.
• Visit 4 to 10 stores per day.

✅ Desired profile

• Valid driver's license and exclusive access to a vehicle (mandatory).
• Minimum of one year of experience in customer service, merchandising, or retail (experience in grocery is an asset).
• Ability to lift weights up to 50 lb.
• Be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent (an asset).
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Excellent French language skills.
• Reside in Laval or the North Shore of Montreal.
