Tasks and Responsibilities

  • Under the supervision and support of the Manager, the assistant will:
  • Ensure the integration and management of all personnel under their responsibility;
  • Ensure proper store management including the optimization of Tri activities (Quality control, pricing, labeling, and market placement);
  • Conduct inventory and administrative follow-ups (Bank deposits, cash management, etc.);
  • Supervise the application of all organization policies and procedures;
  • Ensure the proper maintenance of internal measures and controls to safeguard the company's assets;
  • Supervise and support participants in their learning process and task execution (Follow-ups, evaluations, action plans, etc.);
  • Maintain an optimal level of customer service;
  • Ensure that emergency and safety measures are understood and followed by all personnel;
  • Regularly hold team meetings (Permanent and/or participants);
  • In collaboration with the Manager, ensure staff turnover planning by providing adequate training;
  • Participate in the search for permanent candidates for the stores;
  • Ensure the maintenance of the workplace.

Required Skills, Knowledge, and Abilities

  • College diploma or Professional Studies Diploma in a relevant field
  • 3 years of relevant experience
  • Skills in personnel management
  • Proficiency in Word and Excel software
  • Ability to strongly support Renaissance's mission and philosophy
  • Excellent teamwork and communication skills
  • Open-mindedness, tolerance, acceptance, and respect for others
  • Adaptability, good organizational skills, and honesty
  • Flexibility in work schedules
