• Tasks
• Clean and disinfect items such as racks, carts, and dishwasher waste grinders
• Clear and clean tables, trays, and chairs
• Fill bins and trays used to clear tables
• Use a dishwasher to wash dishes, glasses, and utensils
• Store dishes in the designated area
• Package takeout food
• Prepare and heat simple dishes
• Serve food to customers at the counter or buffet table
• Fill refrigerators and salad bars
• Take customer orders
• Handle cleaning products and store them
• Remove trash and empty trash cans
• Sweep, wipe, mop, wax, and polish floors
