Your daily tasks

  • Register donors
  • Perform the hemoglobin test with the donor
  • Ensure the comfort of donors during their donation and intervene in case of discomfort
  • Complete the donation (removal of the needle)
  • Prepare, seal, label, and package blood bags and samples
  • Collaborate on the opening and closing of fixed centers

Your schedule (indicative) and other particularities

  • Variable schedule (day, evening, and weekend)
  • Minimum of 56 hours guaranteed over two weeks
  • Availability from Monday to Friday and one weekend every two weeks
  • No night shifts
  • Highly regulated and unionized environment

Your expertise

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to use various computer software and tools
  • Good knowledge of French and English languages
  • Ability to handle loads
  • Excellent customer service and ability to manage stress
  • Ability to work in a team
  • Good dexterity and excellent adaptability
  • Initiative, autonomy, and strong organizational skills
  • Ability to travel to our donor centers in Lebourgneuf and Ste-Foy
