The Day Stock Associate will need to be available at all times, starting at 6 am, to cover shifts both during the week and on weekends.

Job Description Summary

To provide customer service by performing assigned tasks related to portable terminals and modules. This will be accomplished by making the correct price changes as well as displaying merchandise, the CAP process in stock locations, stocking selections, completing the Work Section process and module-related activities in a safe and clean environment. This associate will work as a team member to strategically plan and execute tasks according to workload and operational functions.

1. Provide excellent customer service by greeting all customers politely and courteously, assist customers in promoting products and services, spot merchandise and make purchasing decisions, resolve customer issues and escalate concerns, if necessary.

2. Review the workload of assigned sections in the store.

3. Perform price changes and properly identify merchandise by signage.

4. Perform the Work Section process: errors concerning module integrity, IP and capacity by tablet.

5. Handle merchandise, perform stock location processing using the CAP process, complete selections as part of the availability process for customers.

6. Ensure that appropriate displays, supplies and tools are used to complete required tasks.

7. Print module sheets, set up and finalize modules, set up featured items and promote seasonal sections.

8. Contribute to a safe, clean and obstacle-free work environment by following Company directives and procedures, including completing safety sweep logs and ensuring displays are secured.

Pay Rate: $18.75 per hour
