Closing Date: $19.90 to $24.70 per hour depending on experience + Daily transportation support allowance of $6 per day
Full-time employee position: as soon as possible
June to September 2026 possibility of working shifts at the Auberge kitchen and the street food truck. Part-time possible starting in the fall at the Auberge kitchen only YOUR ROLE

YOUR CONTRIBUTION
- Participate in the preparation and cooking of food (except proteins), pasta, and finishing sauces, soups, and stocks.
- Perform meat cuts and prepare cold foods such as sandwiches, salads, and desserts.
- Apply MAPAQ rules and perform daily temperature checks of cold and frozen rooms.
- Play an active role in setting up banquets, brunches, and buffets, as well as preparing appetizers.
- Participate in setting up by installing hot tables, cold tables, and heaters, etc.
- Be responsible for sous-vide cooking of food.
- Contribute to the maintenance of work areas and assigned equipment.
- Receive orders, verify them, and store them in appropriate places.
- Ensure product rotation in cold and frozen rooms.
- May be assigned other related tasks.
YOUR STRENGTHS
- High school diploma (DES)
- Tuition compensation: Each missing year of school can be compensated by two (2) additional years of relevant experience added to the required years of experience
