By holding this position, you will be part of our *Energy* sector. You will primarily be called upon to assist the Director and Project Managers in the realization of projects specific to the Energy group.

You will be assigned to our *Drummondville* office.

What your days will look like

  • Write correspondence, letters, and emails.
  • Assist in the preparation and revision of information notes, reports, presentations, and any other documents prepared by the team.
  • Assist in project quality control: project opening, updating required documentation, writing meeting minutes, tracking improvement requests, managing purchase orders, etc.
  • Manage project documentation: document registers, document printing, document distribution, stamp setup, scanning, PDF preparation (Consigno), filing on the network.
  • Prepare, track, and format project management documents: progress reports, billing, financial data, document registers, meeting minutes, tracking project quality control activities.
  • Assist in organizing travel missions (trips, hotels, vehicle rentals...) on Egencia or others, advance fund requests.
  • Perform all other related tasks (preparation, review, and formatting according to EXP standards for letters, reports, specifications, minutes, filing).
  • Assist in writing project files and resumes for service proposals.
  • Perform all other tasks related to the position.

  • You hold a college diploma in administration, secretarial studies, or a related field, or a DEP in secretarial studies.
  • You have previous experience in an administrative assistant role, preferably in the field of engineering or engineering consulting (Asset).

  • You are proficient in computer tools and office software, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
